Hamilton Custom Homes Robert Hamilton, Hamilton Custom Homes, is no stranger to the construction and remodeling business in Tulsa. Starting out at the young age of 14, Robert began working for a brick mason here in Tulsa and thus began a lifelong career. After graduating from high school, Robert decided to continue working in the construction industry doing every job from framing houses, brick work and remodeling. In fact, it was through working in all of those areas Robert shaped his future as a home builder in Tulsa. After 17 years in the industry, Hamilton Custom Homes was born. "We don’t cut corners on anything," Robert says. "All of the subcontractors we use are long term Tulsa area residents. Most of them are second and third generation contractors and they are here to stay." Hamilton Custom Homes’ commitment to quality is proven through their choice of contractors. "Most of the contractors have worked with us for a long time. They do excellent work I can depend on. Our homeowners are always impressed with the commitment to service and pride our contractors take in their work," Robert says. Robert gets the most satisfaction from providing a great final product for his client. "I like seeing the construction of a good quality home," he says. Outside of business, Robert and his family stay busy with two girls who play soccer and basketball. After that, "there not much time for anything else!" Robert’s wife also works in the business handling all the accounting. Hamilton Custom Homes range from $300,000 - $600,000. Robert also has another home building company, Native Land Construction, offering homes in the $150,000 - $300,000 range. Robert’s homes can be seen at Providence Hills in Bixby, Taylor’s Pond in Glenpool and Southern Trails Estates in Broken Arrow. Robert and his brother Tim are happy to visit with you about the quality and craftsmanship of any of their homes. They have several lots currently available. They will personally review your plans for your next dream home, or they can review the best set of plans to fit on to a property you already own. |
